What size is it?
We offer kids’ sizes 110–140 and adult sizes S–XXL. Choose your size mainly based on height and weight, and check our size guide for exact measurements. If you’re between sizes or want a roomier fit, we recommend sizing up.
Can I see out of the mouth?
Yes. The hood sits over the top of your head and the mouth frames your face, so you can see, talk, eat and drink without taking anything off.
How do I wash it?
Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle, inside out, then hang to dry. Skip the dryer and the fleece stays fluffy.
Will it arrive before Halloween?
Orders currently take around 7–13 days to arrive. We recommend ordering early in case of unexpected shipping delays.
Can I return it?
Yes. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help you with the next steps. Items should be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition.
